The Good Doctor season 3 episode 19 may also leave some huge cliffhanger, leading to the second part of the finale. It's interesting to see what will happen to some of the characters and whether or not there'll be a major death this season.
Meanwhile, Shaun and Lea's relationship is still uncertain, and Shaun is still recovering from his heartbreak. Their story may not be the main focus of the upcoming episode, considering that all of them will be dealing with the earthquake.
