Camila Cabello showed concern not only to her fans but to everyone amidst the coronavirus outbreak that has been disrupting the lives of people across the world. The former Fifth Harmony member also opened up about her mental health and admitted that she has been suffering from severe anxiety.

The "Havana" singer's fans have always been on the lookout for her latest posts on social media especially when it showed her PDA moments with boyfriend Shawn Mendes. However, in the past couple of days, Cabello has been sharing her inner thoughts and concern to everyone amidst the COVID-19 outbreak.

She posted a picture of a handwritten note in a journal along with a globe emoji surrounded by two hearts in the caption. Camila reminded everyone that humans can get through the crisis if everyone will work together.

"Scary times for humans right now. I'm taking a deep breath and thinking of all of us. let's take care of each other. we'll get through it together," the journal reads.

Meanwhile, the Cuban-American singer also opened up about what she has been going through when it comes to mental health. Cabello confessed that she has been suffering from severe anxiety and has been trying meditation for months to fight negative thoughts.

The "Señorita" singer shared a photo of her sitting on a chair outside her home. Her eyes were closed and legs crossed while her arms rested on her knees. In the post, Camila said meditation has helped her a lot.

Cabello decided to share how she is taking care of her mental health in the hopes that it would help everyone especially in trying times like this. She noted that practicing meditation helps her strengthen her capability to feel empathy, love, and compassion for everyone.

Meanwhile, Cabello's music producer Andrew Watt has been the latest Hollywood personality who revealed he had been diagnosed with coronavirus. Watt produced Camila and Shawn's hit song "Señorita." Aside from Cabello, Watt is also credited for his work in the music of Post Malone, Cardi B, Lana Del Rey, Juice Wrld, 5 Seconds of Summer, the Chainsmokers, and more.

In his post on Instagram, Watt said he was diagnosed earlier this month and he is now getting better. Watt also issued an appeal to everyone to take coronavirus seriously and follow the health experts' advice to stay at home.
