Chicago P.D. season 7 episode 19 is set to arrive within a few weeks on NBC. The episode may see Kim Burgess and Adam Ruzek seemingly at odds and tension between them may rise at some point. We've already seen these two trying to build a future together and they've been together through ups and downs. But in this episode, these two will be tested, as well as their relationship.
Burgess and Ruzek already deal with several heartbreaks but they still find ways to lean and depend on each other. However, it wouldn't be easier for them in Chicago P.D. season 7 episode 19 and some things likely changed between them. Burgess is trying to connect with Ruzek outside of work, but the latter mysteriously distances himself from her.
The main question here is: why would Ruzek do such thing considering what they've gone through a lot as of late? Also, it's possible he is working on something and he knows it would put Burgess in danger and he just wanted to protect her.
However, Burgess may get confused with Ruzek's actions, which could lead to them having some tensions and arguments. Yet, in the end, their hearts know what they really feel towards each other and they'll get through this issue. At the moment, they are still sorting out their feeling, while dealing with the trauma of losing their unborn child.
Burgess and Ruzek are still working out to better and heal themselves after all that happened between them. A lot of viewers are also rooting for them, and there's still a chance we'll see them getting the happy ending that they deserve.
They do love each other, but they're just struggling to show their affections toward each other. As for what else is coming in this episode, Ruzek also witnessed a woman's kidnapping, which leads the team doing their best to put the pieces together.
Meanwhile, according to CarterMatt, Chicago P.D. season 7 episode 19 will be the penultimate episode of the series. The outlet suggests that some recent comments indicated that the show will only have a total of 20 episodes this season. It wasn't reportedly originally planned, but there have concerns at the moment, especially the COVID-19 threats.
