Chicago Med season 5 episode 19 is coming within a few weeks on NBC, with the title "A River in Egypt." The episode will see some of the characters dealing with their troubles, especially when it comes to Dr. Marcel and Dr. Choi. The tension between the two builds up and some things may not go well for them.
In Chicago Med season 5 episode 19, tensions run high between Dr. Marcel and Dr. Choi after the latter found out what happened to his fiance April and Dr. Marcel. Dr. Choi didn't take this thing really well, which could make the situation at the hospital awkward and complicated.
In the recent episode, Dr. Choi's behavior was affected because of what happened. He suggested his patient have her husband arrested for putting a protein powder in her shake. It looks he just wanted to ruin other people's marriage to get revenge on April for betraying him.
As for what else is coming on Chicago Med season 5 episode 19, Dr. Charles is evaluating 15-year old, who was brought to the ED after an apparent fall off an overpass. As for Dr. Halstead, he chose to side with Dr. Asher on a risky treatment plan.
When it comes to the future of Dr. Halstead career-wise, it seems like he is taking a big step with his work as of late. While he is doing everything he can to give what is best to his patients, it feels like he wants to do something more with his life.
Meanwhile, some of the storylines this season may not be given a proper closure, given that the production halted due to COVID-19. The season was forced to wrap up earlier than expected, just like other One Chicago shows. Hence, some of the remaining episodes might be part of the next season.
In another report, the Chicago Med team is donating supplies amid a health crisis. In a recent Twitter post, series star S. Epatha Merkerson shared a photo of emergency supplies that the crew donates to help the local community.
Also, other medical drama shows like New Amsterdam, Grey's Anatomy, and The Resident donated supplies to help real-life doctors. Although the production of these medical drama series halted, the cast and crew members still find a way to help those in need.
