It's no secret that The8 is possibly the most fashionable member of SEVENTEEN. After all, Xu Minghao is known for his stylish airport outfits and classy wardrobe. So it's no surprise that the lead dancer of the Performance Team is showing off his artistic fashion style in the April 2020 issue of Dazed Korea. In addition to that, The8 is determined to show a different side of him to his fans.

It was previously confirmed that the April 2020 issue of Dazed Korea would include a feature on Xu Minghao called 'The 8 At The Height'. However, the images from The8's first solo photo shoot were only recently revealed. Interestingly, the images feature the SEVENTEEN member with flowers, a clear reference to the group's upcoming Japanese single 'Fallin' Flower'. In addition to that, the photos appear to be experimenting with focus.

But what is the purpose of The8's first ever photo shoot? The SEVENTEEN member stated that he wanted Carats to see a new side of himself. "I want to show the fans everything that represents me down to the smallest details," Xu Minghao told the publication. "If the fans can understand me and emphasize with me, then I would feel extremely proud."

In addition to the first three images revealed by the official Dazed Korea Instagram account, more photos of The8 have been posted on social media. One picture shows Xu Minghao with one of his paintings. For those who did not know, the SEVENTEEN lead dancer is also a gifted artist who enjoys painting during his free time. The8 also painted the cover of his solo debut single "Dreams Come True."

The8 is only one of the three SEVENTEEN members who have solo photo shoots this year. It was previously reported that Hoshi did a solo pictorial for the April 2020 issue of Elle Korea. In addition to that, their fellow member Joshua had a solo photo shoot for 1st Look April 2020 issue. Needless to say, it looks like the idols are getting the limelight they truly deserve.

The8, Hoshi, Joshua, and the rest of SEVENTEEN are currently preparing for the group's Japan Dome Tour which is scheduled to visit four different cities in the country later this year. In addition to that, their second Japanese single 'Fallin' Flower' will be released on April 1. There are speculations the SVT is also working on new music for their upcoming comeback in late 2020.
