Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston have been active with their careers the past few years but managed to keep details of their respective love life very private. But rumors have been persistent that the ex-spouses did rekindle the romance and, allegedly, have been planning to reveal it all soon.

OK! published a story this week claiming Brad and Jen are planning to have a joint interview to once and for all address the status of their relationship. The tabloid claimed the two are more relaxed now to talk about their personal lives in public.

A source of the tabloid said Brad and the Friends actress haven't rekindled a romance, but they are "definitely flirty" to each other. The duo, allegedly, wants to let their fans know that they have a solid friendship.

"They trust each other. So why not do a TV interview together? They think it would be fun," a source of the tabloid said.

Aniston's spokesperson, however, shut down the rumor and called it nonsense. Jen's rep confirmed that the actress has no plan to have a sit down tell-all interview with Pitt.

Gossip Cop, on the other hand, noted that it was strange for OK! to claim that Brad and Jen are not back together while it insisted on the opposite story in the past. Back in May 2019, the tabloid speculated that the Ad Astra actor had proposed to Aniston during a romantic dinner at her mansion in LA. In August, the same publication claimed the two are getting "very serious" in their relationship.

Gossip Cop also noted that this is not the first time that Pitt and Aniston have been rumors planning an interview to open up about their relationship. In September, OK! also alleged that The Morning Show star will be having a bombshell interview about Pitt. Back in 2018, the same tabloid claimed the War Machine actor planned to declare his love for his ex-wife in a TV interview. Nothing of these comes to reality.

Brad and Jen have indeed renewed friendship more than a year ago. They have seen each other on many occasions such as Aniston's 50th birthday last year. Their run-in at the SAG Awards became a huge deal to many because it was the first time they were photographed together in public since their split in 2005.

Meanwhile, there were also rumors that Aniston has been convincing Pitt to appear at the Friends reunion special. The rumor has been debunked since it is unlikely that Brad would make an appearance in the reunion special as it would only feature the six main cast members of the series. The actor previously appeared as a guest star in one of the episodes of the Friends Season 8.
