Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have recently left Canada for the United States. They, reportedly, flew to Los Angeles just before Justin Trudeau declared the country's lockdown due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

During the couple's stay in Vancouver Island, it was said that the commonwealth's government was the one who shouldered the security detail of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. As explained, they are still senior members of the British Royal Family until March 31.

However, now that they have "permanently relocated" to Meghan's hometown, the questions about the Sussex family's security protection in the United States have emerged. Given that they are about to start the new chapter of their lives outside the British Monarchy, they will no longer be classed as "international protected."

According to Express UK, several sources previously said that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may likely ask for Donald Trump's help over their security concerns in the United States. It was also pointed out that the US President "holds the power to decide" whether the government will provide security agents for the Duke and Duchess, as well as their son, Archie Harrison.

But, as reiterated by the same publication, the Sussex couple seemingly has issues with Trump. It was revealed that the Duke has "accused" the POTUS of "having blood on his hands."

The same was said to be true as well for the Duchess. As shared in the report, Meghan previously said that she won't return to the United States and move back to Los Angeles while Donald Trump is the President. It was also noted that the Duchess previously deemed Trump as "misogynist" and "divisive" in 2016 prior to the Presidential Election.

Amid the developments of the speculations over Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's security protections in the US, CNN News reported that the US President has recently shared his response about the ongoing headlines about the matter. Donald Trump, reportedly, said that the United States will not pay for the Sussex couple's security protection. "They must pay," he tweeted.

After the response went viral, a spokesperson for the Sussex household was said to speak with the same publication. It was shared that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have no plans to ask the US government as opposed to what the recent headlines and claims said.

The spokesperson further went on to reveal that the Duke and Duchess have already made "arrangements" for their "privately funded security."
