There is a three-way friendship among Lady Gaga, Bradley Cooper, and Jeremy Renner. Gaga is friends with Cooper and Renner while the two actors are pals too. They worked together in the 2013 movie American Hustle as well as in the Avengers: Endgame. But at some point, the three have been rumored connected romantically.
About a year ago, Gaga was rumored to be torn between her A Star Is Born co-star and Renner. In Touch reported that the "Bad Romance" hitmaker has been spending a lot of time with The Bourne Legacy actor.
The two, allegedly, "hit it off" when they hung out together in December 2018 after the opening of Lady Gaga's Las Vegas residency at the Park MGM. But since Gaga was still engaged with Christian Carino at the time, the American Horror Story star and Renner remain as friends.
Then the Lady Gaga-Bradley Cooper romance drama happened. It was heated up when the two had a steamy performance of "Shallow" at the Oscars in February 2019. That same month, Gaga and Carino broke off their engagement.
In Touch then claimed Gaga struck a romance with Renner to get back at Cooper for not leaving his girlfriend, Irina Shayk, and start a relationship with her instead. The romance between Gaga and Renner, allegedly, started as the former's "crush on Bradley" dwindled and this, reportedly, left the American Sniper actor feeling "bummed."
Gossip Cop debunked the story at the time. A rep of Gaga told the outlet that the singer never dated any of the two actors. E! News also dismissed the dating rumor between Lady Gaga and Renner, stressing that the two are just friends.
It could be noted that a lot of articles about the supposed romance between Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper had emerged during and after the promotion of their movie together. But in an interview with Oprah Winfrey for Elle Magazine, the "Poker Face" singer finally addressed the rumors.
Gaga shattered the fans' dream of romance between her and Bradley. She clarified that she and Cooper are just friends.
The "Paparazzi" singer revealed that they intentionally made people believe that they were in love for the sake of the show. The 34-year-old singer was referring to the "Shallow" performance at the Oscars.
At the moment, Lady Gaga, Bradley Cooper, and Jeremy Renner are living their separate lives. Gaga has a new boyfriend. She and tech CEO Michael Polansky started dating earlier this year.
As for Cooper and Renner, the two don't seem to be dating anyone at the moment. Cooper broke up with his long-time girlfriend, Irina Shawk, last year. She is also the mother of his two-year-old daughter.
Renner was previously married to Sonni Pacheco. The two divorced in 2014. They have a daughter together.
