Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are believed to be practicing social distancing after moving to Los Angeles. Of course, they are surely protected of Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, too. So now that they are mostly staying at home, they are undoubtedly doing exercise to keep their body and health in shape, and this is what the Duchess of Sussex is probably practicing -- yoga.

Even before the former actress married Prince Harry, Meghan Markle numerously talked about the benefits of yoga. In times of stress and anxiety, most people believed in the positive effect of this ancient practice.

In an interview with Best Health in 2016, Meghan Markle said that her interest in yoga came from her mother, Doria Ragland. Her mom is a yoga instructor, and they started doing yoga together when she was only seven years old. Although she was "very resistant" at the time, Ragland told her that she would soon find her practice; she just had to "give it time."

Prince Harry's wife considers her mom as her best friend, so it is no surprise that she gets her love of yoga from her. At her age, Ragland continues to teach yoga in Los Angeles.

According to Hello! Magazine, Meghan Markle is a regular at many yoga studios. She previously said that she loves an "intense vinyasa class," especially if it's "blasting hip-hop and done in a dark room with candlelight" and hot yoga, which she could do a couple of times a week.

In New York, Meghan Markle, reportedly, frequents Modo Yoga in the West Village, which offers hot yoga classes in an eco-conscious studio. Whenever she is in town, she visits this place to fight her jet lag. In the United Kingdom, she goes to Heartcore's Ritual class, which is a cardio-based mat workout that combines elements of yoga, Pilates, and barre altogether.

Meanwhile, although Archie is in self-isolation, too, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle make sure that he still has extracurricular activities with other babies. Zoom is not just for those working at home, as they are also utilizing it to let their 10-month-old son talk to kids his age.

A source told E! News that Archie is doing video call playdates with other children that they know. Surely, they will never be bored.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle officially leave their roles as senior members of the royal family on March 31. Now that they move to Los Angeles to begin their new independent lives, they are, reportedly, focused on Archie and their family, trying to make the best out of it.
