Better Call Saul season 5 episode 8 is coming next week on AMC, with the title "Bagman." This episode will see Jimmy McGill struggling once again. When he decided to become more of his persona Saul Goodman, he already recognized the risks that come with it. Now, Jimmy is in a situation in which almost everything in his life is gone.

In Better Call Saul season 5 episode 8, Jimmy is pushed to the limit after a simple errand from a client goes sideways. There's a lot of danger here, and the problem here is that the people Saul chooses to associate with. This is likely one of the reasons why Jimmy needs to be more careful than ever, so he could avoid some dangerous situations.

In the previous episode, Jimmy also faced a difficult decision: what kind of lawyer he wanted to be. He needs to choose on either going in straight-and-narrow fashion or turning to the shady route. Does Jimmy want to move forward as a "cartel lawyer"? That's the decision he has to make right now, but he's walking a very fine line just to do this.

Jimmy is working with Lalo to get him out of the prison, and he can do this by pretending as if he's on his and the Salamancas' side. But then, he's still working with Mike, as well as Gus Fring, whose operation doesn't benefit that much from Lalo being behind bars. And if ever Lalo's side finds out about this, there could be some blood consequences.

Mike will also take measures to contain the wrath of the cartel in Better Call Saul season 5 episode 8. As for Lalo, he gets an unexpected visitor. There is also a money transfer involved in this epsiode; one that could possibly get Lalo out. It can be noted that there are only two more episodes left after this one, and viewers should be prepared since the series is nearing the Breaking Bad timeline.

Meanwhile, Nacho and Kim Wexler aren't present in the Breaking Bad era, so one or both of them could be in trouble at the end of the season. Yet, some fans are still hoping they'd stick around for season 6, especially Kim. What happened to her in the future is still uncertain, with many hoping that she just moved somewhere else and didn't meet her ultimate demise.

Better Call Saul season 5 episode 8 airs on Monday night, Apr. 6, on AMC.
