The tabloid claimed Prince Harry has been ordered home as his father's COVID-19 diagnosis created chaos in the monarch. The tabloid added Queen Elizabeth II has also contracted the dreaded virus.
A source of the outlet claimed Harry has been ordered to "put his nation before his own petty desires and the whims of his wife" amidst the pandemic that has affected the royal family. The Prince of Wales' decision to ask Harry back into the palace, allegedly, has the backing of the Queen and Harry's brother, Prince William.
The Duke of Sussex, reportedly, agreed to return home which caused Meghan's meltdown. The Duchess of Sussex, allegedly, gave her husband an ultimatum: his family in England or her and their son Archie. The tabloid also indicated in its headline that the Suits actress has threatened to file for divorce should Harry decide to return to his royal life.
The Sussexes have moved to California from Canada before the country closed its borders due to the coronavirus pandemic. Harry, Meghan, and Archie are now living in the states where COVID-19 has already killed more than 8,000 people.
Gossip Cop debunked the story, stating this is just another attempt to take a shot on Meghan and to make her look like the worst person in the world. The former actress has been the subject of harsh media reports since she and Harry revealed their relationship in 2017. It is the main reason why the couple decided to step down as senior members of the royal family and live financially independent in the country of their choosing.
The publication also pointed out how the outlet's source has very detailed information about the supposed private conversations between the members of the royal family that are in different continents. The source claimed to know the details of personal talks between Harry and the heir to the throne, and the Duke of Sussex and his wife.
Gossip Cop pointed out that it is possible that Prince Charles might have asked Harry to return home to help in his country's effort in dealing with the pandemic. However, with the travel bans across the globe, it is unlikely that the sixth in the line of succession would be able to fly back to Europe anytime soon.
Meanwhile, Prince Charles has already been out of isolation since he contracted the virus a few weeks ago. However, he is still practicing social distancing.
