Sussex Royal out, Archewell in. This will be the name of the new non-profit brand that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle plan to launch as they set their sights on a private venture outside of the royal family.

According to The Telegraph, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex derived the name Archewell from their son, Archie Harrison. However, the name is also a Greek word that means a "source of action."

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex said that they want their new brand to stand for something that matters and to do something with meaning. They will stop using their old brand Sussex Royal as per their arrangement with Queen Elizabeth.

The report further stated that Prince Harry and Meghan want to delay the actual launch of Archewell while the world deals with the coronavirus pandemic. However, the details of Archewell is now public since the paperwork was filed March in the United States.

A record with the U.S. Patent Office showed that Archewell will include charity services, educational materials, books, websites on health and wellness, and emotional counseling. It was filed in Beverly Hills by Cobblestone Lane LLC.

E! News also confirmed that Prince Harry and Meghan are indeed looking to postpone the official launch of Archie at a later date as the world is focused on tackling COVID-19. They said that they will launch their new venture "when the time is right."

Prince Harry and Meghan are still observing quarantine in their new home in Los Angeles after they left Vancouver in late March. The couple also said that they were able to watch Queen Elizabeth address the British public and was moved by her warmth, reassurance and comfort.

The Sussexes will be quietly working with their new team of PR people, Hollywood agents and other seasoned foundation experts in their next steps. The couple recently hired Catherine St-Laurent as their chief of staff and executive director. She has nearly a decade of experience working for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

In January, Prince Harry and Meghan announced their plans to no longer work for the royal family nor receive money from the Sovereign Grant. The Sussex royals said that they would like to earn their own private income while still doing their charity work.

The Queen agreed that they can step back as senior royals but their arrangement will be reviewed after 12 months. Prince Harry is still the sixth in line to the British throne of succession despite going on a different direction from what he was destined to do.
