Is the move to Los Angeles going to backfire for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle? A veteran photographer claims that there's already a price tag for the first photo of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in their new home or L.A. neighborhood and it's exciting the paparazzi.

According to Mark Karloff, who worked as a paparazzo in California for 12 years, the first clear photo of Prince Harry and Meghan, after quitting their work as royals, could be paid up to $100,000 by tabloids and dailies. Thus, the paparazzi could be everywhere in the Los Angeles area, waiting to get that multi-million dollars shot of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Karloff, who hosts a podcast show, also said that photographers are already seeking out Prince Harry and Meghan's son, Archie Harrison. There are also paparazzi observing sprawling compounds in rich Californian neighborhoods despite the coronavirus lockdown just to get a glimpse of the Sussexes.

The photographer said that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be followed every day by the photographers for the first few months as soon as the lockdown is over. They will have a hard time going out since they are guaranteed to have the press tailing them.

Karloff also said that Prince Harry and Meghan were able to enjoy some space in Vancouver since they were respected by the local newspapers, which pretty much left the royals alone. Will Los Angeles news outlets do the same?

Meanwhile, reports stated that Prince Harry and Meghan are holding off on their plans to launch their next venture, the non-profit Archewell. Originally set for a spring unveiling, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are now delaying this launch since they want the world to focus more on the efforts to stop COVID-19.

Sources said that Prince Harry and Meghan are, instead, taking their downtime and not stressing over their next steps as countries are dealing with the pandemic. The Sussexes are also trying to work privately and quietly with their existing patronages and charities despite some quarantine limitations.

Prince Harry and Meghan are no longer going to represent Queen Elizabeth and the Commonwealth after they stepped down as senior working members of the royal family as of March 31. They will, instead, venture on their own charity projects as well as commercial ventures like audiobooks, a clothing line, and an emotional support network, to earn their own private income.
