Sarah Ferguson is keeping her spirits up and lifting others by sending virtual hugs amid this coronavirus pandemic. The Duchess of York shared on Instagram that no one has to be alone even if there's social distancing.

Fergie wrote her followers a beautiful message for World Health Day and then shared some phtoos of the flowers from her garden. The duchess is staying at the Royal Lodge in Windsor with her ex-husband Prince Andrew and their daughter Princess Eugenie.

The Duchess of York also wrote that anyone who is suffering must know that there is someone to listen and support them. She said that they should never feel alone or give up and then enjoined her followers to send healing energy to the world.

Fergie also posted some encouraging words to Prime Minister Boris Johnson who was admitted to the ICU for his COVID-19 symptoms. She said that Johnson is in good hands with the medical workers taking care of him.

On Sunday, the Duchess of York was one with the rest of Britain in praising Queen Elizabeth after her rousing televised addressed to assure the public that they will meet again and beat the coronavirus. The Duchess of York said that the Queen's words touched her core and united the British people.

During this lockdown, Fergie has been doing her part as a member of the royal family. She is showring frontliners some support together with her royal daughters. They have been gathering donations for care packages for the doctors and nurses who may have no more time to shop for the things they need as they are busy saving lives.

The Duchess of York, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice managed to fill the care packages with cleaning products, toiletries and food for the frontliners. Even better, Fergie was able to tap some help from the British chocolate brand Cadbury and Love Cocoa to donate treats to careworkers at hospitals. They have been dropping these off at various hospitals around London.

Meanwhile, Princess Beatrice is, reportedly, changing her wedding plans this May amid the coronavirus scare. The York princess is supposed to get married on May 29 to her Italian fiancé Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. Her wedding reception at Buckingham Palace has been canceled as royal events until the end of May are now stricken off the Queen's calendar.

Fergie's first-born daughter has not yet officially confirmed the changes. However, as the U.K. is still trying to flatten the curve, Princess Beatrice is expected to make an announcement soon.
