As Khloé Kardashian prepares for the second birthday of her only daughter, True Thompson, it looks like she is also preparing to give her kid a sibling someday. The 35-year-old star decided to freeze her eggs, as she is now thinking to stay single and never go on dates again.
In the recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Lamar Odom's ex-wife revealed she was first skeptical with the idea of freezing her eggs as she wasn't ready for it yet. However, her mom, Kris Jenner, insisted that she should do the process, Us Weekly noted.
After she had a conversation with her longtime friend Malika Haqq, Khloé Kardashian finally gave in. The television personality confessed that she wasn't sure if she wanted to have another kid. But, Malika reminded her pal that she had always been dreaming of having a big family.
"While you're in the unsure phase, why don't you just freeze your eggs?" Malika asked. The Revenge Body star then told Kris Jenner about her decision to freeze her eggs, to which the 64-year-old matriarch teased her daughter to get embryos using Tristan Thompson's sperm. "I'm not there yet," Khloé Kardashian said after she rolled her eyes.
She also told her mom that she is now more focused on herself and True and may never go on dates again. She stood her ground when Kris Jenner encouraged her to go out but insisted that she would only do so if she wanted to. Later, she admitted to Malika that when she said she would never go on a date, it was like saying she would never drink again when hungover.
Meanwhile, Khloé Kardashian is determined to use all her resources to give True a fun and memorable second birthday, E! News reported. Although she can't give her child the grandest celebration today due to the coronavirus outbreak and the United States lockdown, she still wants to give her kid the best party that she can.
True's second birthday falls on Easter Sunday, so she is also going to take advantage of the occasion to double the fun. On Instagram Live, Khloé Kardashian told Emme Grede that they're going all out for the "holiday and birthday by having an Easter egg hunt."
But, as True is still young to look of eggs, Khloé Kardashian is going to do fun things that will surely be engaging for her age. She will make sure that True's second birthday will feel like an exceptional occasion, although her whole Kardashian family can't be there.
