The Blacklist season 7 episode 15 is coming this week on NBC, with the title "Gordon Kemp." One of the highlights of this episode is Ilya Koslov, who's seemingly in trouble. He believes that someone is after him and he is under surveillance. He thinks that Katarina Rostova is just hiding somewhere near.
In the promo of The Blacklist season 7 episode 15, Ilya feels anxious about a particular thing. He believes that he's being hunted by Katarina. The clip shows he's paranoid thinking that she's coming and it seems like he's on the verge of breaking down.
He called Raymond Reddington to inform him that Katarina is still alive and coming. But then, Red told him that it can't be true and encourage Ilya no to be scared since she's already dead. It seems like Red isn't aware that Katarina is alive and he still believes she's eradicated from the world.
The question now is: will Katarina visit Ilya in The Blacklist season 7 episode 15? While that could be possible, it's also unlikely she'll show up immediately considering what happened in the midseason finale. Perhaps, Ilya is just imagining things, believing that Katarina is after him.
It can also be noted that Liz hired someone to hunt Ilya down earlier this season, that's why he feels he's being watched. Some of what Liz is up to might be revealed as well, particularly her big secret tied to Katarina. It would create problems for Red if her works end up being exposed.
And if ever Katarina indeed shows up in this episode, Red would be completely shocked as he long-believed she's dead; that would confuse him. It's also interesting to see what would be his reaction if ever he finds out Liz actually helped Katarina fake her own death.
As for what else is coming within this episode, a blacklist case forced Liz to choose sides between the Task Force and Red. This latest case could further create problems, given that Liz has to take sides. This is a big decision for her and she really needs to make a wise choice.
