It's no secret that the members of BTS have achieved so much in the past seven years. After all, Bangtan Sonyeondan is now the biggest boy group in the world. However, it looks like not much has changed for two particular members of the band. Jin and Suga have once again proven that they are all about making more money, at least for the BT21 characters they have created.
Back in 2017, BTS were given the task of designing special characters for the communications application LINE. RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook had to draw these new characters as well as give them an origin story. The idols then created Koya, RJ, Shooky, Mang, Chimmy, Tata, Cooky, and Van and these characters have since become a huge hit. With that in mind, it's no surprise that LINE wants to expand on each character's story.
In the latest episode of BT21 Universe Season 3, the members of BTS were called in for a special meeting about their LINE characters. In The Grind, the idols were asked if they knew their BT21 characters' next goal. RM was quick to point out that the characters needed narrative. However, Suga immediately stated that the goal was to make more sales.
Interestingly, RM's answer was correct but Jin admitted that he thought the right answer was that of Suga's. The two members would continue to pitch in more sales for BT21 as the rest of BTS tried to figure out a storyline for their characters. For instance, Min Yoongi pointed out that you can't be a star if you don't have any money. This is when Kim Seokjin came up with a cool plan for RJ to make some profit.
Jin stated that RJ the alpaca should sell his wool on home shopping, a suggestion that made the other BTS members laugh. However, Kim Seokjin was serious about it and even revealed that his character will only be selling the wool from his arms. Later, when Suga contemplates on what Shooky should do with his 362 cookie companions, Jin suggests that they should sell his colleagues for more money. Needless to say, some of the other idols were a little surprised with the suggestion.
For now, fans can rest assured that RJ will not be losing fur and Shooky isn't going to sell his friends. However, Armys can look forward to more hilarious episodes of BT21 Universe Season 3, thanks to the members of BTS.
