Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are doing charity work in secret amid this coronavirus pandemic. They managed to deliver meals to Los Angeles residents while wearing face masks that even the charity's director didn't initially know he was talking to the royal couple.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex apparently volunteered for Project Angel food, which sends meals to chronically ill residents in Los Angeles. Prince Harry and Meghan dropped off several stocks of food to 20 clients on the charity's last week, according to Richard Ayoub, the CEO of Project Angel Food.

Ayoub told CNN that their workload has doubled since the pandemic but a down-to-earth couple came in two times in the last week to help with the drop off. The CEO said that they didn't realize who the couple was as Prince Harry and Meghan were dressed casually in jeans. They practiced social distancing and also wore N95 masks and gloves.

Prince Harry and Meghan told Ayoub initially that they would like to relieve some of the drivers. Then they were given a tour of the facility and talked to the chefs working for the charity, as well as the rest of the staff.

According to People, Meghan was aware of Project Angel Food as a local from Los Angeles. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex worked with the deliveries last Easter because Meghan apparently wanted to give back during this religious holiday. The couple then returned to deliver more food last Wednesday.

Dan Tyrell was one of the people who received meals from Prince Harry and Meghan. He said that he did not recognize the couple.

"I thought that tall red-headed guy looked pretty familiar, and that girl was very pretty," Tyrell said. "Then I saw the large black SUVs with the security guards behind them."

Prince Harry and Meghan have been living in Los Angeles since the middle of March. The Sussex pair is setting up their new life in the West Coast, with a new team and their new foundation, Archewell.

According to The Sun, Prince Harry and Meghan were keen on naming their foundation Archeway. However, documents showed that the couple decided to change this to Archewell, which means "a source of action." They also named their new venture after their son, Archie.

Prince Harry and Meghan hope to launch Archewell once the pandemic has been controlled. For now, they are keeping it low key and urging others to help those in need during this coronavirus crisis.
