Kate Middleton is one tough mother when it comes to screen time. Reports stated that the Duchess of Cambridge is quite strict about the gadget use of her children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, even in this coronavirus quarantine.

According to royal biographer Katie Nicholl, Kate would rather have her kids spend more time doing arts and crafts or painting. As much as possible, she wants her children to do more activities that are not screen-oriented.

Nicholl further shared that the children, especially Prince Louis, love to roam outdoors in their Anmer Hall garden. It's no secret that the Duchess of Cambridge is instilling the love of nature in her kids because she grew up in the same kind of rearing.

At their Norfolk country home, the Cambridge children apparently have climbing frames, a pond and sets of swings thus making their outdoor playtime a lot more fun. Kate also lets the kids be in charge of some patches in their garden.

However, the older Cambridge kids have to use gadgets for their school work. Kate is taking charge of homeschooling Prince George and Princess Charlotte whose classes are in online modules.

Meanwhile, Prince William, Kate and the Cambridge children have been staying in Anmer Hall since the middle of March due to the coronavirus pandemic. They have been isolating and practicing social distancing as per the government's rules.

The Cambridge family is going to celebrate Prince Louis' second birthday on April 23. Due to the government guidelines, the family of five will likely spend this special day just among them at their Norfolk home.

Despite being in quarantine, Prince William and Kate are still making sure that their Royal Foundation is actively helping during the coronavirus crisis. Prince William and Kate have been doing meetings and connecting with partner donors in the virtual world to raise funds that will be channeled to different charities. They have also been touching base with the people in the frontlines.

Prince William is especially keen on helping provide for the frontliners and their families. The Duke of Cambridge apparently wants to prioritize the doctors and nurses' mental health needs since working during this pandemic is challenging and risky.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge even got their children involved in giving thanks to the frontliners. George, Charlotte and Louis joined the Clap for Carers movement to cheer on and acknowledge the heroes of this public health crisis.
