Amid the COVID-19 crisis in the United Kingdom, members of the British Royal Family have been observing the social distancing guidelines to prevent the further spread of the virus. While the Queen has remained in Windsor Castle, Prince William and Kate Middleton have been fulfilling their duties and responsibilities from their offices inside Anmer Hall.

It is believed that almost all of the senior royals have set up a virtual workstation in their respective private residentials. Despite the need to practice isolation, it was said that they have continued to accomplish their duties with the help of technology.

Earlier this month, Kate Middleton and Prince William engaged with students and educators from Lancashire through their first video conference call. As per BBC, the Duke and Duchess were able to communicate with several pupils and thanked their parents, who are reportedly working at the frontlines to help fight the pandemic crisis.

The publication noted that the Casterton Primary Academy in Burnley has remained open for students whose parents are continuing the fight against the virus. In the end, the Cambridge couple also thanked the teachers and staff of the school for their hard work and effort to help those who are at the frontlines by keeping the school open.

The video call served as the first virtual engagement that Prince William and Kate Middleton did amid the COVID-19 crisis in the United Kingdom. With its engaging and conversational tone, they have been repeatedly praised by several royal experts and fans.

Aside from the "playful" dynamic of the engagement, royal experts and commentators also reportedly noticed something revealing within the call. As stated, it has appeared how the Duke and Duchess likely functions inside their home.

According to Express UK, royal commentator and analyst, Angela Mollard recently shared her thoughts about the engagement in an episode of the ROYALS podcast. It was said that she "loved" how Kate Middleton "led the conversation" throughout the video call.

She reportedly noted that the Duchess of Cambridge seemingly "took charge" of the conversation. The expert also suggested that this gives an "insight" on how the Duchess and her husband are when they are at home.

Angela Mollard then deemed Kate Middleton "supremely organized." She also went on to describe her as likely the "boss in the relationship."

The expert also praised the Duchess of Cambridge for her ability to "connect" not only with her kids but, others' kids, as well. She then said, in the end, that the exchange of conversation, in its entirety, is "warm."
