Princess Beatrice has been previously branded as the "unluckiest" royal due to all of the controversies that surrounded her union with Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. Aside from the issues involving her father, Prince Andrew, several royal experts also noted that the Megxit, as well as the York Princess' "unpopularity, all seemingly played roles as to why the royal wedding has been repeatedly cancelled.

But, thanks to Queen Elizabeth II, it was said that the dynamic has been seemingly changed because of her recent "rare" move. As stated, her recent "rare" address before the British public has likely "boosted" Princess Beatrice's wedding.

According to Express UK, PR expert Andy Barr shared that the Queen's "heartfelt" address amid the COVID-19 crisis has "skyrocketed" the popularity of the British Royal Family. Aside from "nailing" the speech, it was also noted that the Queen rarely gives an address. In her 68 years of reign, this recent address served as the fifth one she gave before the public.

He continued to share that it was a "clever" move since it has now caused the public to have "more appetite" for the Royal Family. So, when the crisis is all over across the United Kingdom, as well as the rest of the world, a celebration is very much welcomed, and a royal wedding is the "best excuse," he explained.

It was further asserted that alongside Princess Beatrice's wedding, this dynamic will also likely benefit her and her sister's image before the public. With the Sussex couple now out of the picture, the York Princesses may be the most appropriate royals to replace them in their posts.

According to Cosmopolitan, Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi just recently cancelled their wedding ceremony, which was supposed to happen on May 29. It was even said that their big day was not even on their minds right now as they are all in the midst of the pandemic crisis.

Prior to the cancellation of the ceremony, Buckingham Palace confirmed in March that the reception inside the Palace will be cancelled, along with all of the Queen's events and engagements. It remains unknown, however, when and where the wedding will proceed.

There are speculations that Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi will push through with the wedding in 2021. But, this has yet to be confirmed by the couple, as per reports.

In the end, though, Queen Elizabeth II's "rare" address has, reportedly, paved the way for the wedding to be more welcomed by the public. It is now likely expected that the overall dynamic of the event will be changed.
