Meghan Markle and Prince Harry wanted to live a peaceful life away from the media spotlight when they quit the royal family. However, a new report has detailed that they moved to a paparazzi hotspot in Los Angeles thus they won't likely be able to fend off the media that likes to follow them around.

According to Page Six, Prince Harry and Meghan were warned of their situation before moving to Los Angeles, which is apparently the hotspot for 300 photographers or paparazzi. Photographer Mark Karloff said that while Prince Harry and Meghan live in gated community in California, the photographers have such powerful cameras who are eager to take photos of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Karloff described the paparazzi as savages who "will pretty much do anything to get a picture." He said that there will be at least three or four photographers who will be outside the gate of the Sussex compound at all times.

In the Paparazzi Podcast, Karloff said that Prince Harry and Meghan should negotiate with the best photographers to protect their privacy and security. Apparently, the more they resist the paparazzi, the more it will be dangerous.

"It's not necessarily the photographers that are after them. When celebrities or security make it difficult to get photos, a lot of photographers will get more aggressive," Karloff said.

Prince Harry and Meghan moved to Los Angeles in the middle of March after staying in Vancouver, Canada for more than five months. In Vancouver, the Sussexes could take a hike and drop in at local stores without curious photographers following them around.

However, earlier reports stated that Prince Harry and Meghan are renting a "paparazzi-proof" home in Los Angeles. The mansion, believe to cost $10 million in rent, has two guarded checkpoints within its gated community.

Prince Harry and Meghan are neighbors to several celebrities who may be hounded by the media thus some think that they are in a pretty safe community. They are also neighbors with Elton John, a good friend of Prince Harry's deceased mother Princess Diana.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, however, are still looking for another house by the beach where they can raise their son, Archie. According to reports, they are scouting the same area that Princess Diana wanted to move and live when she was planning on starting her life over after her divorce from Prince Charles.

Apparently, the Princess of Wales loved Malibu as it gives her a chance and her young sons an escape from the media hounding them. At that time, Princess Diana was dating Dodi Fayed, who purchased a Tuscan mansion by the beach, reportedly the former house of Julie Andrews, months before their tragic car crash in Paris.
