Cameron Diaz has been rumored to be showing off her baby bump. Ironically, it was after Diaz admitted that she is not closing her door in returning to the spotlight after five years on hiatus.
OK! magazine published a cover story this week with a headline, "Cameron's Joy!" along with a photo of the Charlie's Angels actress in a loose white cardigan. The tabloid suggested that Diaz and husband Benji Madden are expecting their second baby but this time around the actress is actually pregnant.
The couple welcomed their first child together, Raddix Chloe Wildflower Madden, on December 30, 2019, via surrogate. Cameron earlier shared how their sleeping schedule works well to them as new parents.
According to OK! (via Gossip Cop), rumors are swirling among the couple's inner circle that Diaz may have "accidentally" fallen pregnant. The couple is allegedly more low-key than usual these past few weeks.
"They join in on video chats with family and friends, and people are noticing that while Benji will have a beer, Cameron sips water with lemon instead of having a cocktail. She says it's just to stay healthy in these uncertain times while she has a baby in the house, but she's got this glow about her," the source claimed.
Though it would be good news that the Maddens will be having another baby, it is unlikely that OK! story is true for a couple of reasons. A few days ago, Cameron revealed in an Instagram Live broadcast that she enjoys a glass of wine while she is cooking. The There's Something About Mary actress admitted that she loves cooking but has been spending a lot of time lately in the kitchen because it helps her "make it through" the current coronavirus pandemic.
Moreover, Cameron appeared on the Makeup and Friends YouTube series of make-up artist Gucci Westman. During their conversation, the My Best Friend's Wedding actress admitted that she is still open to returning to acting.
"Obviously, everybody wants you to go back to acting... Look, I'm never going to say 'never'. I'm not a person who says 'never' about anything, clearly," she said.
Diaz was last seen on the big screen in the remake of Annie in 2014 and subsequently announced that she had retired from acting. In January 2015, she married Madden.
If the Shrek actress is indeed pregnant, she should skip her daily glass of wine and may not be thinking about acting in the meantime. But clearly, that is not the case at the moment. Cameron enjoys chilling out at the end of the day like what she said and she is open about being in front of the cameras again.
