Prince William and Prince Harry have already done several projects together tackling an issue that has been very close and dear to their hearts. Through their efforts and works, an expert, reportedly, claimed that the royal siblings have been able to improve the current situation of the public, in terms of mental health.

In an interview with Express UK, the CEO of Smart TMS, which is a mental health clinic, Gerard Barnes "argued" that the works done by the Dukes of Cambridge and Sussex have caused great improvements in the aspect of mental health. He also noted that through them, they have been able to remove the "stigma" surrounding this aspect.

As per his assertions, Prince William and Prince Harry have helped "normalize" that mental health is an issue. He also pointed out the when public figures talk about mental health, whether celebrities or members of the British Royal Family, encourage the public to tackle this matter. It helps everyone to understand that despite having possibly "everything," everyone is "capable of feeling not okay," he added.

The expert then continued to share that through the years, the royal siblings have talked about their respective mental health issues. He also described this dynamic as a "great" matter.

However, he emphasized that despite their preparedness to talk about mental health before the public, he thought that there has been a huge difference in the way they open about it. As stated, Prince Harry has more "freedom" when it comes to sharing his concerns more than Prince William.

He went on to explain that the reason behind this is that Prince William is the second person in line next to the throne. So, it is certain that he will soon become the King of the United Kingdom. Accordingly, it has appeared that he does not have all the freedom to open up about his struggles.

Despite the difference in their situation, reports noted that their initiatives and projects tackling mental health have remained successful. Under The Royal Foundation, now headed by Prince William and Kate Middleton, Prince Harry previously launched the "Heads Together" campaign to "change" the "conversation on mental wellbeing."

Aside from this campaign, the royal siblings, along with their respective spouses, have also launched several projects to "shatter the stigma" surrounding mental health. Just recently, the Duke of Sussex launched HeadFIT with the support of The Royal Foundation. Many experts and watchers are also, reportedly, certain that both of the royal born-Princes will continue to start initiatives in the coming years.
