Meghan Markle's first husband, Trevor Engelson, is going to be a first-time dad. The Hollywood producer announced on his social media page that he and his second wife, Tracey Kurland, are expecting.

Engelson reportedly posted the announcement on his private Instagram account, according to reports. He shared a photo of themselves wearing face masks while cradling Kurland's baby belly.

The proud soon-to-be-father revealed that he is going to be a girl dad. Kurland is expected to give birth in September.

This detail has some of Engelson's followers remarking that they should consider an arranged marriage in the future. They alluded to the fact that Meghan has a son, who will soon turn one year old, with Prince Harry.

Engelson married Kurland, who works as a nutritionist, in May 2019, after being together for three years. They had a beautiful wedding at a beach resort in Montecito.

The Hollywood producer was dating Meghan since 2004 and they got married in 2011 in Jamaica. However, they divorced 18 months later, citing irreconcilable differences.

At that time, the Duchess of Sussex's career on television was beginning to take off with a successful cable series, Suits. Unfortunately, Meghan had to work on the set in Toronto while her first husband was working in Los Angeles.

"Whether she wanted to admit it to herself or not, Meghan, who once said she couldn't imagine life without Trevor by her side, was now building a new world for herself," biographer Andrew Morton wrote. "As Toronto was becoming more her home than LA, the dynamics in their relationship subtly altered."

Meanwhile, it has been speculated that Meghan and Prince Harry could soon be face-to-face with her ex-husband. Apparently, it's likely that their paths will cross as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are planning to pitch projects in Hollywood and Engelson is a producer.

A source told Women's Day that Prince Harry apparently has an inkling that many negative stories about Meghan might have been started by her ex-husband's camp. If they do see each other in person, the source said that Prince Harry will not hesitate to tell off Engelson.

Meanwhile, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have yet to really hit the ground running with their future plans for scoring projects and earning their own income. But due to the coronavirus lockdown, Prince Harry and Meghan haven't had a lot of face-to-face meetings. They have not been out a lot from their rented L.A. home, apart from helping out with a charity.
