Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s son Archie turned one on May 6. To mark his first birthday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared an adorable storytime video of Archie and his mom.
Back in the UK, Prince William and Kate Middleton wished Archie a happy birthday with a sweet Royal Family portrait. The photo was taken during Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s son’s christening on July 6, 2019.
"Wishing Archie a very happy first birthday today!" Prince William and Kate Middleton shared on their Kensington Palace Instagram account. The message came with a red balloon emoji. Royal fans then joined the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in wishing Archie a happy birthday.
"Happy birthday Archie!! Sending love to the Sussexes,” one wrote. "Happy birthday king Archie. Long may you reign!!!" another one shared.
Since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle already officially stepped down from their senior royal roles at the end of March, some royal fans were happy to be reminded that they are still a part of the Royal family.
"So sweet of You. You are great!” one commented. “Archie is so lucky to have You as a family.”
In fact, astrologers previously claimed that Archie could grow up close to Prince William and Kate Middleton. According to the AstroTwins, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have similarities with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s son based on their astrological signs.
“The leader this planet needs and deserves could be Archie Mountbatten-Windsor himself,” the AstroTwins said. “A Taurus like great-grandma Queen Elizabeth II, Archie also has a Taurus ascendant and a powerful moon in Capricorn, the sign of leadership. In addition, his Saturn, Pluto, and south node are in Capricorn. Perhaps he’ll be close to Aunt Kate and Uncle Will as he gets older, who also have their south nodes in Capricorn.”
But as of the moment, it appears that Archie doesn’t have a close relationship with Prince William, Kate Middleton, and their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. Earlier this month, Royal commentator Angela Mollard predicted that Archie will grow up to become a spoiled brat if the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are keeping him away from his cousins.
“Is Archie growing up seeing Charlotte, George, and Louis? They’re clearly not because they’re having no connection with them,” she said in a podcast. “I hope that they can resolve it. Otherwise, Archie will become one of those spoilt brat children, won’t he? You need to knock around with your cousins.”
