The public is seeing more of Prince Harry after his Royal exit with Meghan Markle last month. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex officially stepped down from their senior royal roles on March 31 after announcing earlier this year that they wish to focus more on their family and friends.
After their withdrawal, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stayed briefly in Canada before heading to Los Angeles, where they are currently residing with their son Archie. They are also expected to make a fresh start in the City of Angels.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle also previously shared that they want to live a “peaceful life.” That being said, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been trying to avoid the spotlight after their Royal exit.
But recently, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been very visible. The couple even shared a storytime video of Archie last week to mark his first birthday.
Prince Harry also released a surprise video on Sunday night to reveal some exciting updates about the Invictus Game 2020. Now, the Duke of Sussex is the latest guest star in The One Show. However, one of the interviewers said that he was left “disappointed” with his appearance.
Host Michael Ball introduced Prince Harry’s special segment by saying, "Prince Harry met two military support groups offering help to heroes." The Duke of Sussex then listened to some touching stories from members of two separate support groups.
Before the segment ended, Prince Harry shared, "Those individuals that signed up, chose to serve, then have life-changing injuries - they didn't stop there… That's why it's incredibly impressive but yet at the same time so incredibly uplifting."
Co-host Alex Jones then thanked Prince Harry for being a part of the show, but Michael Ball jokingly said that he felt slightly disappointed with the Duke of Sussex’s appearance as he was hoping to see more.
"Didn't get to see enough of the house though, did we?" the host said. Alex Jones then responded, "You love doing that, don't you?" The pair shared a laugh before turning it over to the next segment.
Meanwhile, the public may see more of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle when their tell-all book “Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family” is released. A lot of questions and inquiries are expected after the launch of the biography.
