As a daughter of a yoga teacher, Meghan Markle might have grown up physically conscious. This might be the reason why fitness is of utmost importance to her. Prince Harry's wife even enjoys martial arts and kickboxing, as his former trainer reveals.

Jorge Blanco, who works with Chris Hemsworth and his wife, Elsa Pataky, revealed he once trained Meghan Markle when she was still living in Toronto, Canada. At the time, she was doing the TV series, Suits. She was a huge fan of combat sports.

In an interview with Spain's Vanity Fair magazine, the trainer revealed he trained the former actress during the production of Suits in Toronto. "We did a little bit of martial arts, a little of boxing and sometimes kickboxing," he said.

At the time, Blanco never thought that the 38-year-old star could turn to be a princess--a wife of a prince. "I had a great time training with her because she's super nice and speaks Spanish, with an Argentine accent," he added.

Blanco had no idea if Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were still in Toronto. But, if she called him to train them, he would gladly do so, although he had a pretty complicated schedule.

According to Women's Health and Magazine, the Duchess of Sussex loves indoor and outdoor physical activities. Fitness has always been important to her. Despite her busy schedule due to her previous royal activities and raising their son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, her workout game remains strong.

Her trainer of three years, Craig McNamee, C.S.C.S., founder of Catalyst Health in Toronto, Canada, revealed fitness is one of her priorities, and she's very focused on her health. When she goes to the gym, she never complains. She always gets down to the business and enjoys it.

Another celebrity trainer, Sebastian Lagree, also told Us Weekly that Meghan Markle loves Megaformer, something like Pilates reformer, because it gives fast results not to mention safe. Everyone can do this even if they are only 14 or already 94. Although it is an intense workout, it is a safe one.

However, knowing Meghan Markle, Lagree added that if it is not Megaformer or Lagree, she might have only opted for a walk. As a very balanced person, she also does yoga and eating well every day. People will even notice that she has been taking care of herself very well, as seen in the body type she has.
