Sandara Park recently opened up about her secret to her youthful appearance which has been a source of wonder to fans for over a decade.
At 35 years old, celebrities and fans have wondered how Sandara's appearance remained almost unchanged since 2NE1 debuted in 2009. Fans observed that she still looked like she was in her 20s and looked as young as 3rd generation girl groups rising in popularity today.
In an interview, Dara confessed that she did not have any particular diet that helped her look young. While other celebrities actively dvocate for a healthy diet for a better complexion, Dara said that she was a big fan of flavorful food, even if they had preservatives.
She confided that she often ate ramyun like the average Korean and she frequented fastfoods as well. She said her friends teased her a lot that it might be her secret.
Sandara Park, who recently debuted as a stage actress for stage musical adaptation of Another Oh Hae Young also shared her first experience to sing and act on stage.
The former 2NE1 member credited her good friends, FINK.L's Ock Joo Hyun and SES' Bada for helping her a lot. Dara said that even though she was used to performing in concerts with 2NE1, stage musicals were different.
She said however, that apart from tips to improve her vocals, her unnies advised her to treat the sound directors to coffee. It was a piece of advise that the Oh Hae Young sound directors laughed off and took in stride as they promised to always put Sandara first.
Dara was well supported by her friends for her musical stage debut. Jung Il Woo, who's been friends with her for 12 years watched the musical after a long day of filming for his new drama project. 2NE1's Minzy was also present in one of the shows to wish her unnie well. Even WINNER's Jin Woo used his day off from the military to see his noona perform. YG Entertainment dancers, and Dara's celebrity friends also provided a steady stream of food to the actors and crew of the musical, making sure that everyone was well fed.
For her next acting project, Dara will be featured in a cameo for Song Seung Heon's drama Lets Eat Dinner Together (aka Dinner Mate). Sandara will play the role of a woman who seeks treatment for her eating disorder.
