Barcelona seemed headed to the direction of a semi-rebuild in the summer as reports indicated the Catalans have marked a significant number of players for imminent move out with only Lionel Messi and a few more considered as hands-off. Leading the pack of soon-to-exit Barca stars are Luis Suarez, Ivan Rakitic, Antoine Griezmann, and Samuel Umtiti.

It's no secret that Camp Nou has been on the hunt for a new talent that will take the place of Suarez, who is already 33, on the squad and if reports are to be believed, the next headlining striker for the Spanish giants could be Lautaro Martinez. If a deal is secured with the Inter Milan star in the next few months, then the Uruguayan might be with a new team next season.

In all likelihood, Suarez would opt to play his last years in the United States as The Sun reported that MLS clubs are looking to snap up the Barcelona star when he becomes available.

Supposedly, Rakitic is also on the list of departing Barca team members but the Croatian is said to be bent on staying in La Liga. His options include a jump to Sevilla or Atletico Madrid but the 32-year-old could be persuaded to bring his game next to England.

If Rakitic is interested, speculations are rife Tottenham will want to sign him or the midfielder can sign up with the Red Devils.

Rumors persist that Griezmann will leave the Catalans in the summer or just a year after walking out from Atletico. His name has been consistently mentioned in reports of Barcelona plotting to sell players to generate some cash but it can be said that the Frenchman will be offloaded due to his high salary.

Griezmann receives a weekly wage of £300,000 and two teams have emerged as willing to pay him that much. Paris Saint-Germain could be on the lead because the club has the cash but Premier League's Chelsea would want to make a bid as well.

Also on the chopping block for Barca is Umtiti though earlier reports said the club was reluctant to send the Frenchman away. However, the Daily Star reported that the defender is now on the market and can be had for £27 million.

With the selling price set for Umtiti, the chance his high that top-flight clubs in the Premier League will move in to talk business with the Catalans. The report said Arsenal and Manchester United are seen as the top candidates to land the 26-year-old, who notably struggled with injury in the season.

However, Umtiti is said to be more inclined to join a Serie A side if indeed Barcelona will let him go in the summer. Where in Italy the Frenchman will stop next is still a question mark.
