ARMYs have a lot of nicknames for J-Hope, and “Sunshine” is one of them. The BTS rapper is known for his bright and bubbly personality and he exudes a positive vibe wherever he goes. In fact, he even managed to make Suga’s dark concept brighter with his colorful present.
Big Hit Entertainment recently dropped Suga’s new solo music video. Since it was from the BTS rapper’s alter ego Agust D, the concept was a lot darker than Suga is known for.
But for J-Hope, cool Suga and dark Agust D is just one person — his hyung Min Yoongi. So the “Ego” singer arrived on the set of “Daechwita” with his own concept.
To show his support, J-Hope sent Suga a coffee truck. But this is no ordinary coffee truck. It was a themed one. A cotton candy pink and a baby blue theme, to be exact.
J-Hope also made sure to add photos of him and Suga on the coffee truck. But, of course, he didn’t choose their cool photos from their formal photoshoots. The “Chicken Noodle Soup” hitmaker chose adorable photos of them such as Suga holding a tray of strawberries with a huge smile on his face.
While J-Hope’s present may not fit Suga’s “swag vibe,” the latter appreciated it a lot. And on Suga’s recent Honey FM 06.13 on VLive, he got J-Hope as his guest star and talked about his visit on the “Daechwita” set.
“You came to cheer me up when I was filming the music video right?” Suga said to J-Hope, who confirmed it and shared that he saw Jin and Jungkook doing their cameo when he arrived.
But that’s not the only thing that J-Hope revealed. The BTS rapper shared the real reason why he went to Suga’s set for Agust D’s “Daechwita.”
“Actually, Suga constantly asked me to come,” J-Hope said while laughing out loud. “He really wanted me to visit the place.” Suga tried to deny J-Hope’s revelation and said that he didn’t put any pressure on him at all.
But when J-Hope explained that Suga may have felt disappointed that he didn’t get to visit him when he made his mixtape four years ago, Suga appeared to have unconsciously confirmed J-Hope’s earlier revelation. “I thought you may not come the second time,” Suga admitted.
Many noticed how Suga has a different vibe when J-Hope is around. ARMYs said that the BTS rapper becomes softer and much happier when he’s with JH. Suga himself seemed to have agreed with this as he even introduced J-Hope as his “portable battery” on his Honey FM 06.13 show.
