Kate Middleton is giving her children -- Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis - at-home haircuts during this quarantine period. The task is not a challenge for the Duchess of Cambridge as she was, reportedly, taught by her mom, Carole Middleton, to trim hair when needed even before the lockdown.

A source told The Sun that Carole trained Kate and her sister, Pippa, Middleton, to learn this skill. Before the coronavirus lockdown, Prince George and Princess Charlotte have been used to getting haircuts from their mother if their professional stylist isn't around.

Kate is apparently quite competent with the scissors. It also helps that her children are so low maintenance, according to the source.

When Kate can't cut her kids' hair, they have their regular stylist over. Richard Ward often visits Kensington Palace to give the children's hair a good trim and styling. The family has their own professional kit for Ward to use when he's in the residence.

But since this coronavirus lockdown, Kate has been doing the regular trims with the help of the children's nanny, Maria Borrallo. The nanny also helps Kate color her hair as professional services are currently prohibited to work to avoid spreading the virus.

The Duchess of Cambridge apparently has loads of hair products given for free by Ward. The package has been especially large for this lockdown, perhaps so that Kate wouldn't run out of supplies.

Meanwhile, Prince George and Princess Charlotte are likely going to keep homeschooling despite the summer half-term break, per People. Their mother has been taking charge of their school lessons and admitted in a BBC interview that she kept with the schedule during the Easter term break and made the kids follow their school routine.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, however, are still weighing if Prince George and Princess Charlotte should be back to school in-person in London by June. The U.K. government announced the phased plan to reopen schools for the summer term and Princess Charlotte's class would be the first to start the in-person learning.

According to The Times, Prince William and Kate prefer that the children are together amid this coronavirus crisis. Thus, even if Princess Charlotte can finally return to her actual classes in London, the family might still remain in Anmer Hall to homeschool the kids.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte attend Thomas's Battersea as a year 2 and reception (kindergarten) student. Prince Louis has not started with formal school since he's only two years old.
