Kim Kardashian remains to be in good shape despite the nationwide lockdown, which is prohibiting everyone from going to the gym. So to give her 173 million followers on Instagram some advice, she revealed the secret behind her sexy body and the equipment she uses.
Kim Kardashian gave her fans a glimpse of how she manages to stay fit despite being in quarantine. Kanye West's wife shared her workout secrets and gear that helped her to be in shape.
In a post on her Instagram story, the 39-year-old star revealed that she had the hardest workout of her life, tagging her trainer Melissa Alcantara. At the time, she started on the treadmill for 15 minutes, set on incline 14 with a speed of 2.5. She did four rounds of that with a 20 pounds vest.
She also did four times of band in and out agility latter squats, 100 bosu mountain climbers, 60 TRX jump squats, and ten weighted burpees. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star also showed what she donned while doing her workout.
Kim Kardashian was wearing a pair of Kanye West's Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 in Yechiel shade and cropped black workout leggings. Her weighted vest, bands, and other exercise equipment were laid out on the floor as she did her exercise session at home.
Revealing more about her client's secret, Alcantara revealed in an interview with Hollywood Life in February that her workout constantly changes, depending on her current body shape and performance goals. But, in general, they are working on strength gains, and 100% sustainable approached to have a fit and active lifestyle. It always includes squats, deadlifts, and thrusts for good measure and leg day gains.
Kim Kardashian also loves doing exercises that have something to do with jumping and walking lunges. Alcantara also told Women's Health Magazine that the television personality loves to work out in the morning, like 6 a.m.
The celebrity trainer does not only help the mother-of-four maintain her fit body but also inspires other people by sharing her personal transformation stories on her own feed. Fans can also train with her very own workout programs on the Fitplan app.
Unlike Kourtney Kardashian, who focuses more on cardio, Kim Kardashian opts to do more resistance training. Eighty-five percent of her practice is weight training, and the other 15 is cardio. When it comes to getting and staying in shape, Alcantara said that consistency is the key and that is what her client is doing.
