BTS is currently the biggest boy group in the world. In fact, despite the coronavirus lockdown, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook’s popularity is still soaring high.
That being said, it’s impossible for the BTS boys to go out on dates. But just because their unstoppable success is a huge hindrance to their love life, that does not mean that the boys don’t think about being in a relationship.
In fact, BTS previously revealed who they think would be the first one to get married. Since Jin is the oldest member of the group, many may have expected that the members chose him, but they didn’t.
RM is the leader of BTS, making him one of the most, if not the most, responsible members of the group. And because of that, many may have seen him as responsible enough to start his own family. Even if that may be true, the other boys didn’t choose him as the one who would tie the knot first.
As for Jimin, ARMYs consider him as the flirtiest one out of the bunch. The BTS singer would do anything to make fans blush, and would say things that flutter their hearts. However, his flirty antics are not enough for the other boys to see him as the first member to get married.
During their 2017 interview with Entertainment Tonight, BTS was asked if “Who is most likely to get married first?” After RM translated the question to his members, they were taken aback with J-Hope exclaiming, “married?”
But the polite boys didn’t want to disappoint and chose one member that they believe would get married first. RM told everyone to point at that member on the count of three and everyone pointed at Jungook. The Golden Maknae chose Jin.
BTS’s choice was quite shocking as Jungkook is the youngest member of the group and he also appeared to be extremely shy with girls. Multiple fan accounts even uploaded clips on social media of the “Still With You” singer looking afraid of the opposite sex.
But for BTS, it was a no-brainer. In fact, before they pointed at Jungkook, V already told the interviewer his answer, which was JK. But the Golden Maknae was just as shocked as ARMYs and asked with a huge smile on his face, “Why me?”
Unfortunately, BTS didn’t have enough time to explain why they chose Jungkook. This is one of the mysteries that ARMYs want to know like “What’s tasty in Busan?”
