Kim Kardashian did it again. She shared another never-before-heard story about her relationship with Kanye West and her unexpected pregnancy of their first child.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star shared a throwback photo of her and Kanye on Jesus is King singer's 43rd birthday. In the snap, the couple was seen enjoying dinner together. Kim revealed that behind those sweet smiles, she was actually freaking out inside.
Kim said the photo was taken around the time when she found out that she was pregnant with North, her first child with Kanye. The SLIMS founder said she made Kanye fly to London for her Kardashian Kollection appearance because she was freaking out of the unexpected pregnancy news. Kim said they had dinner and it made her feel better.
Kim's latest revelation came after she earlier admitted that she felt overwhelmed at the beginning of her pregnancy with North because she was unsure of her future with Kanye.
During an episode of the All's Fair With Laura Wasser podcast, Kim confessed that at the time of her first pregnancy, she wasn't sure if Kanye would marry her and how they would raise their baby.
Kim said everything changed when she had heavy bleeding and was told that she was likely to have a miscarriage. She was about to have a surgical procedure that would remove the contents of the uterus after a miscarriage when her doctor found a heartbeat. Kim and Kanye eventually have North.
Kimye started dating about six months after the KUWTK star ended her marriage to Kris Humphries in October 2011. The aspiring lawyer got pregnant when she was still legally married to Humphries.
In an episode of KUWTK in 2013, Kim admitted that she can't feel the excitement of an expectant mother because of the circumstances of her pregnancy. Kardashian and Humphries' divorce was finalized less than two weeks before she gave birth to North in June 2013. Kim and Kanye got married a year later.
Meanwhile, the mother-of-four celebrity entrepreneur also called Kanye her "king" on her birthday tribute to her husband. This dismissed rumors that the couple is having marital issues while quarantining together.
Reports have it that Kim has been struggling to balance her time at home while studying law, managing her business and other work commitments, and also being a mother to four children. A source told Us Weekly that she badly needs some help from Kanye as she tries to keep her family together, especially for their children's sake.
The couple hasn't commented on the news split rumors. Kim, however, did reaffirm her commitment to West in her wedding anniversary tribute to him last month.
