Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had a lot of hopes after their big move to the US. The couple was even speculated to be joining the Hollywood scene. They also announced the name of their new foundation Archewell back in April. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared that they were inspired by the word “Arche” for their new foundation, which is also the name of their son.
Unfortunately for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, their LA plans came to a screeching halt due to the coronavirus pandemic. The global health crisis led to an implemented lockdown, which left the Duke and Duchess of Sussex with no choice but to stay home instead of pursuing their goals in the US.
Now, a new report revealed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s relationship has drastically changed during the coronavirus lockdown. But it's a good change. A source shared that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have grown stronger as a couple while in isolation. “Their relationship is stronger than ever,” the insider said.
The source explained that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may have enjoyed spending time with pals, go out on a hike, and play with Archie outside, the lockdown steered them away from distractions and commitments. Friends of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have previously said that the lockdown has been a "happy and love-filled time" for them and Archie.
Meanwhile, an earlier report claimed that Meghan Markle was not too happy that their move to Los Angeles was not going well as planned. An insider said that the Duchess of Sussex was “heartbroken” that the coronavirus outbreak ruined her L.A. move plans to be closer to her mother Doria Ragland.
Meghan Markle’s mother lives just outside Los Angeles. Many believed that she is one of the main reasons why the Duke ad Duchess of Sussex chose to settle down in California to start their new life. However, the former actress can’t spend time with her mom at the moment due to the implemented lockdown.
