Kate Middleton has a passion for photography. The Duchess of Cambridge would capture memories with her camera, and her subjects are mostly her three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
Since Prince William and Kate Middleton have a lot of Royal obligations, the Duchess of Cambridge doesn’t have extra time to do photography. However, she managed to practice her skill still when she takes photographs of her children. Kate, herself, took most of the official photos of their kids.
But Kate Middleton also uses her talent in photography to bring awareness. The Duchess of Cambridge has been sharing snaps of families following the implemented social distancing rule due to the coronavirus pandemic, and the photos are truly heartbreaking. Royal experts Roberta Fiorito and Rachel Bowie highlighted one of Kate’s captured pictures during the Royally Obsessed podcast.
"It is a photo of a couple of grandkids social distancing with their great-grandparents,” Rachel Bowie said. ”It is a way to see your family but it is so heartbreaking but also beautiful at the same time."
Roberta Fiorito then shared that these kinds of images are “burned” into her brain. The photo that the royal experts chose perfectly shows how people are living right now. The things that we took for granted in the past, such as hugging and being close to a loved one, is now a luxury that no one can afford.
Meanwhile, Kate Middleton recognizes the investment the British people have in Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, so she updates them as much as she can with her photos, especially during their special milestones.
Back in April, Kate Middleton released five photos of her Prince Louis to mark his birthday, where he can be seen grinning at the camera and showing off his painted palms. The now two-year-old celebrated his special day with his parents and older siblings Prince George and Princess Charlotte at Anmer Hall in Norfolk.
Prince William, Kate Middleton, and their three young children are currently residing at the family’s country mansion as they complied with the lockdown protocol due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson previously announced that Britons are only allowed to leave their homes to buy necessities, for medical needs, travel to or from work if they are unable to work from home, and once a day exercise. This is an attempt to stop the spread of COVID-19.
