President Donald Trump's 74th birthday turned into a celebration of former President Barack Obama's presidency. Instead of receiving greetings from the public, the POTUS seemed to be mocked by seeing people honoring Obama instead.

Social media uses and even celebrities celebrate Barack Obama's time in the office, instead of greeting Donald Trump on his birthday. They also used the hashtag #ObamaDayJune14th, which fell on the former television personality's natal day.

It has been over three years since the first African-American President left the White House, but it looked like people have never forgotten his service. Until today, the majority of the public still calls him their "true president," Hollywood Life noted.

One Twitter user said that he would always be thankful that he voted twice for the 44th U.S. President and was able to experience his presidency. He even called him a "leader and man" to admire by any nation in history.

Another one added that on June 14, Twitter user @VABVOX wanted to remember how relaxed and natural Barack Obama was with kids, regardless of their color. Obama knew the importance of how kids, especially the Black children, to see the President as their friend, showing that he was indeed the nation's father.

So, some users reminded everyone to vote in the upcoming 2020 presidential election and remember how they used to have a president who cared about all Americans and not just his base. If people vote, they could once again experience the same thing.

Barack Obama was not only praised by ordinary people, but his presidency was also celebrated by famous artists. One of them is Mariah Carey, who tipped her hat to Michelle Obama's husband, Billboard reported.

The 50-year-old famed singer shared a photo of herself alongside the Democratic Party member and his wife. She posted the snap on both of her Instagram and Twitter accounts and captioned it with a simple, happy #ObamaAppreciationDay.

Ciara also celebrated Barack Obama's presidency of eight years by sharing a "sepia-toned" photo of herself while shaking the father-of-two's hand. At the time, her husband, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, was standing by her side. She also captioned her snap with a simple thank you and used the hashtag #ObamaDay.

George Takei, the Star Trek actor and Broadway star who is a known activist, alternatively greeted Donald Trump but took aim at him. He addressed his lack of empathy and inadequate treatments to the protesters during the current Black Lives Matter movements across the country. He used the hashtag #AllBirthdaysMatter, greeting Trump on his special day, before sharing several tweets celebrating Barack Obama's June 14 day.
