A couple of anticipated book releases about Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, could paint a bad side to Prince William. Royal aides, reportedly, worry that the Duke of Cambridge might come out as "unsympathetic and unfeeling" against his younger brother, the Duke of Sussex, when these books are out.

According to royal expert Russell Myers, the book, titled Finding Freedom, has the closest people to Prince Harry and Meghan talking to the authors, Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand. While it is an unofficial biography, members of the royal staff are apparently concerned of what it could do to Prince William's image because the authors had "unrivaled" access to the Sussexes. Royal aides are, allegedly, meeting and preparing behind the scenes in case the book has explosive revelations.

Myers said that Finding Freedom, which is due in stores in August, might be a "very, very positive thing" for Prince Harry and Meghan as it could correct the speculations and misconceptions about their reasons for stepping back from the royal family. However, it might put other members of the royals in a worrying spotlight, specifically Prince William.

Another book, Battle of Brothers: William and Harry, is also raising some concerns. Written by royal biographer Robert Lacey, the book won't be out until November.

Lacey hinted that his biography moved him to tears because the alleged conflict between Prince William and Prince Harry is so profound. He said that it is unlike any sibling rivalry between the heir and the spare in the history of the British royal family.

The author said that "seeds were sown" between Prince William and Prince Harry's rift dating back to their childhood. The royal brothers have acted out and contradicted each other before, and especially after their parents' divorce.

However, recent reports show that Prince William and Prince Harry's feud have been on the mend for quite some time. According to Inside Nova, Prince Harry actually called up Prince William "first thing in the morning" of his 38th birthday.

Prince William turned a year older on June 21 and apparently had a video conference with Prince Harry. The Duke of Cambridge also got to see his nephew, Archie Harrison, in the video call.

Reports also stated that Prince William has been checking up on Prince Harry, who is now based in Los Angeles. His calls to his brother has, reportedly, been regular since the latter moved to the other side of the pond with his wife and child.
