Prince Harry is a dotting uncle to the sons and daughter of his older brother, Prince William: Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. Despite their rumored rift, the Duke of Sussex apparently loves giving the most generous and extravagant presents to his nephews and niece because that's how much he loves the kids.

In 2018, when Prince Louis was christened, Prince Harry gifted his nephew a special edition Winnie the Pooh, written by A.A. Milne. According to sources close to the Duke of Sussex, he wanted this gift because the book gave him so much joy as a child. It was the bedtime story his mother often read to him.

Apparently, when Prince William's kids were born, Prince Harry had this brilliant plan to start a library of the old classics and first edition books. He knew that George, Charlotte and Louis will enjoy these as they got older.

The Winnie the Pooh book was actually not the first Prince Harry had in mind for Prince Louis. Sources said that he originally wanted to get a first-edition release of Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll, which was valued at $29,000.

He settled for Winnie the Pooh because it was more appropriate as a first book. The source said that Prince Harry's present for Prince Louis was one of 30,000 copies released all over the world.

In the biography Harry: Conversations with the Prince by Angela Levin, the Duke of Sussex was happy at the thought that he would be an uncle for the first time with Prince George's arrival in 2013. When they first met, Prince George was crying his eyes out which gave Prince Harry the chance to cuddle his first nephew and joked that he's going to be an expensive babysitter

Prince Harry vowed, at that time, that he would be the fun uncle who will make sure that Prince George is out of harm's way. He also expressed no ill-fillings for being pushed down the line of succession as his nephews and niece now come before him. He said that they are "the most amazing" ever and he could never wish them out of his life.

It's unclear how the Duke of Sussex is relating to George, Charlotte and Louis since he's  now based in Los Angeles with Meghan Markle and won't likely be back in London for a while due to the travel risks amid the pandemic.
