With his new purchase, a source told Hollywood Life that the Kylie Cosmetics founder was "really happy" about it. She also recently bought a mansion on the west side of Los Angeles for $36.5 million. However, her Holmby Hills mansion is not exactly near to her baby daddy's new place.
They still have to travel for 45 minutes to get into his new home, but she is always excited for him. The former couple is both interested in real estate, which is something that they often bond over.
