Billie Eilish raised eyebrows this week after she posted a message about her intention to unfollow "abusers" on her social media account. Then the number of people she was following on Instagram began to plummet.

Eilish expressed support to assault victims by unfollowing all that she has been following on her IG account. The "Bag Guy" singer posted on Tuesday a message on her Instagram Story for her 64.7 million followers. Billie told them that if ever she is following their abuser, her fans should send her a private message and she will immediately unfollow the said abuser.

The message has been deleted since but it already caught the attention of everyone especially after the number of accounts she has been following began to dwindle. At one point, she was left with only 39 people including her family members before it goes down to zero. This means all that the 18-year-old Grammy winner is following, including her brother Finneas, are now gone on her IG.

Apparently, the "Everything I Wanted" singer was following nearly 600 people on IG before she deleted all of them. This made fans assumed that Eilish is doing a social media cleanse to show support to abuse survivors following the recent wave of sexual assault allegations against some high profile celebrities.

One fan was shocked by Eilish's move and noted that among those who Billie deleted from her IG are Justin Bieber and Chris Brown. The latter has been known to have assaulted his then-girlfriend Rihanna back in 2009.

Bieber, on the other hand, was recently accused of sexually assaulting a woman in 2004. The "Yummy" singer denied the allegation and showed proof that she stayed in an Airbnb accommodation the night the woman claimed Justin assaulted her. The woman claimed the singer sexually assaulted her in Four Seasons Hotel.

Meanwhile, Eilish's post on IG came on the same day that she was spotted in Los Angeles driving her car with a Black Lives Matter cardboard sign taped to the front of her vehicle. An "I can't breathe" sign was also seen on the side of her.

Over the past weeks, Billie Eilish has been very active in voicing her support to the Black Lives Matter movement. She is also using her social media accounts to protest against social injustices and spoke out about white privilege to her fans.

In addition, Billie has been educating her followers about the COVID-19 pandemic as well. Billie also reminds them of the importance of keeping themselves safe from the coronavirus.
