Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, allegedly, have an attitude of rushing things out, wanting to make their ideas quickly turn into action. However, sources claimed they have already learned from their past mistakes, especially when doing their new foundation, Archewell.

Insiders claimed that when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had an idea about a big project, they wanted it to take effect in a couple of days when they were still working royals. Thankfully, things have changed between the two as they both learned from the mistakes of the past.

Sources told Vanity Fair that if the Duchess of Sussex would have brilliants ideas, she would always be in a hurry to do it. Aides would then have a sit and explain to her that building foundations and doing big projects took "thought, time, and commitment. Hence, they should never be rushed.

The insider, who, allegedly, had worked with the Sussexes, added that despite everything that had been said to the former actress, they couldn't deny that she worked "incredibly hard." A different tipster also added that some courtiers praised her work ethic.

However, there were growing concerns she was "taking on too much" when she was still working for the Royal Family. Despite that, the sources confirmed both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had "learned from the mistakes of the past."

They were now more determined to do things and go to the next level right as they worked on the launch of Archewell. The insiders continued that they were "building a long term plan" to be philanthropists on a global scale and high-profile public speakers.

A tipster even revealed that all their hard works and efforts, involving their continuous support to their patronages, volunteer works, and the Black Lives Matter movement are part of their charity foundation. Now, they're not in a hurry to launch their new cause as it's something that they want to continue doing "for the rest of their lives."

Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently signed with a high-profile agency, Harry Walker Agency, to be one of the most well-known speakers all over the world. The New York-based firm works with the likes of former U.S. President Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle Obama, Bill and Hillary Clinton, and even Oprah Winfrey, Huffington Post noted.

This move supports their initiative to be financially independent after they stepped down as senior royals. Allegedly, speaking engagements in North America could be lucrative for high-profile personalities, so Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could earn six figures for just one appearance.
