It was a special pink-themed birthday celebration for Khloe Kardashian. Not only because it was attended by her family but also because Tristan Thompson was there.
Kardashian and Thompson sparked rumors that they were back in each other's arms after the NBA star posted a sweet message to his former girlfriend and attended her birthday celebration. During the party, Khloé was also seen wearing a huge diamond rock on her finger.
It was followed by People Magazine's report that the two would like to give their relationship another chance. The publication quoted a source as saying that Khloe and Tristan would like to work on their romance again, more than a year after they split due to the latter's infidelity.
The insider claimed Thompson has been working hard to prove himself to the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star while also co-parenting with her. Khloe and Thompson have a two-year-old together, True.
The reality star and Tristan, allegedly, decided to rekindle their romance after her 36th birthday last weekend. Thompson attended the event with True, so did the KarJenner clan. Another source confirmed to People that the two acted like they are back together during the birthday bash.
On the contrary, a source told E! News that while everything is doing great between the two, Tristan and Khloe are not engaged. Apparently, the Celebrity Apprentice star is taking it slow as she knows once Thompson goes back on the road and playing basketball, everything between them will change.
Meanwhile, in his birthday tribute to the Revenge Body star, Tristan wrote how thankful he is to have a "loving woman" like Khloe in his life. He also mentioned how much he and True love the Good American founder.
His heartfelt message was posted along with a photo of him, Khloe, and True all smiles while laying on a trampoline together. Kim Kardashian West commented on Tristan's post and told the basketball player that his words were "so beyond sweet ."
Khloe and Tristan called it quits in February 2019 after news broke that he had an affair with Kylie Jenner's friend Jordyn Woods. Tristan also, allegedly, cheated on Khloé in 2018 while she was pregnant with True.
Despite their break up, the two remain friends. Another source of People revealed that the former couple grew closer during the lockdown. Tristan has been quarantining together with Khloe and True in California.
