Yellowstone season 3 is currently airing on Paramount Network and it continues delivering intense stories. Although the series has just started, some characters' fate is already in question. There are three characters, in particular, who are in danger and may not make it until the end of the season.
For instance, Rip could be in danger in Yellowstone season 3. While the series won't likely kill off Beth since she's an important character, she's in the midst of a war against Roarke. This man is desperate to get whatever he wants and is willing to do everything to make the Dutton family suffers.
Roarke recognized that it would hurt Beth if something bad happens to Rip. Perhaps, he will kidnap and hurt Rip, leaving the character's life in jeopardy. If ever that happens, the war between Beth and Roarke will further intensify.
Meanwhile, there's also a concern over Jamie's fate in Yellowstone season 3. This character often finds himself in messes and courage has been one of his greatest weaknesses. As the season progresses, we could see him getting himself into a more dangerous situation.
Lastly, Jimmy's fate is one of the biggest concerns now. Things are going well for him, but then he got distracted and is now suffering a life-threatening injury. The previous episode ended with a cliffhanger, wherein the character was sent to the hospital.
It remains to be seen whether or not he'll get through this. Yet, he'll probably be fine in the end. After all, Jimmy is one of the essential characters in the series. He is a huge part of the bunkhouse and he tends to bring spirit and energy there. Losing him might be a big blow on the series.
Meanwhile, Yellowstone season 3 ratings continue proving the series' dominance. The premiere episode delivered a record-breaking number, and the episodes that follow remain solid. This doesn't usually happen to other cable shows, especially since the series went on a long hiatus.
Reportedly, the current installment drew 0.7 ratings in the 18-49 demographic and over 3.7 million live viewers. This is a clear indication that the show is consistent when it comes to ratings and these numbers could persist for the rest of the season.
And since the series is performing well on the network, there is no need to worry about its future. Paramount Network has already renewed the series for a fourth season. Hence, more stories are coming for the Duttons in the future.
Yellowstone season 3 airs every Sunday night on Paramount Network.
