Billie Eilish was just a fan of Justin Bieber. She was a superfan.

In a recent episode of Eilish's Apple Music radio show with her dad, titled me & dad radio, the duo invited another member of their family, Billie's mom. The singer's parents, Patrick and Maggie, talked about their daughter's obsession with Bieber and his songs.

Maggie said everyone knows that Billie was a true Belieber but there are more into it. She said though her daughter was also a big fan of Marina and the Diamonds when she was younger, Billie was mainly devoted to Justin Bieber. Billie's mom remembered the time when Bieber's "As Long As You Love Me" came out and how it affected her child.

Maggie recalled the time when the "Bad Guy" singer eagerly waited for the release of the music video for "As Long As You Love Me" in 2012. Billie was only 10 years old at the time.

She said Billie was so excited for the release and she was just crying while waiting for the MV. When the video of Justin's hit song finally came out, Eilish cried while watching it.

Billie's mom added her teen daughter would cry every time she hears the track. She recalled the time when she would drive Billie to the dance studio and she would just sob while playing the song. When she picked her up, Billie would listen to the song and cry again.

Maggie revealed that it came to the point that they considered taking the young Billie to therapy because they believe she was in so much pain because of this particular song of the "Yummy" singer. Billie was shocked by her mother's revelation but agreed with her that she loves Bieber's songs too much. She said it is true that she just sobs while watching Bieber's music video of "As Long As You Love Me."

The song still has an effect on Billie to this day. When her parents played the song on their me & dad radio show, the singer got emotional and quickly turned it off. Maggie told listeners that Billie is crying and said she has to film it while laughing.

Meanwhile, the trio also talked about how Eilish struggled with mental health when she was much younger. Those difficult times were reflected on Billie's debut album, particularly in her song "listen before i go."

The Grammy-winning artist confessed that she felt worried at first about the song because it may trigger or offend others. Eilish said she felt relieved when fans told her that they were also going through the same situation as her and they felt comforted with her song.

Billie Eilish recalled the times when she cried all day long when she was 13 to 15. Now, the "No Time to Die" singer said she can proudly say that she barely cries as she feels happier in her life now.
