Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tied the knot in 2018, and they quickly became two of the most popular members of the Royal Family. Unfortunately, things didn’t go well for the couple.

Just two years after their marriage, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced that they would be stepping down as senior royals. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex chose to quit their roles to pursue a “more peaceful” life.

But according to a royal commentator, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s controversial speech about the Commonwealth, their upcoming unofficial book about their royal exit, and the former actress’s ongoing legal action against the Mail on Sunday could “worsen” their relationship with the Royal Family. The Duchess of Sussex filed a lawsuit against the publisher of The Mail on Sunday and MailOnline for publishing part of her private letter to her estranged father Thomas Markle in 2018.

In the documents, Meghan Markle’s legal team claimed that she was “unprotected by the Institution” while pregnant. It was also stated that the Duchess of Sussex was frustrated that the Royal Family approach “prohibited” her from “defending herself.”

But Meghan Markle’s lawsuit is not the only thing that could drive a wedge between the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the Royal Family. Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams previously said that the couple’s tell-all book may cause “serious harm” to their relationship with the Royal Family members, especially Queen Elizabeth.

He warned that “Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family” could be like “dynamite” that could cause more rift for the couple.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have not confirmed if they took part in the making of their upcoming tell-all book. However, Richard Fitzwilliams pointed out that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex could easily put a stop to the publication, but they didn’t.

Royal expert Omid Scobie shared that he has been secretly working on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s tell-all book “Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family” for two years. He and Carolyn Durand authored the much-awaited biography, which will detail from the romance and marriage of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, down to their split from the Royal Family.

Meanwhile, a previous report claimed that Buckingham Palace is branding Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s tell-all book “Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family” as a “soap opera.” Soap operas are radio or television series, which are known for their sentimental and melodramatic episodes.
