Stargirl episode 11 is set to arrive later this month on DC Universe, with the title "Shining Knight." The title alone suggests that another notable character is coming within this world. Right now, however, there are only a few details about what could be his role in the lives of Courtney and others.
The first thing to note in Stargirl episode 11 is that it is written by Geoff Johns. Usually, episodes penned by showrunners are significant and bring a great impact on a show. Shining Knight is one of the most important comic book figures, but he wasn't frequently teased on the series itself.
Some teases about this character are also intriguing and we could finally get some answers as to who could it be. The mysterious janitor, in particular, could be Shining Knight. He's been patrolling on the halls of the Blue Valley High School and keeps the students safe -- including Courtney.
Perhaps, this episode could provide more details about Shining Knight, particularly his backstory. But at the moment, the series is keeping his story under wraps. In fact, the charactert himself wasn't even mentioned in the synopsis of the upcoming episode.
For Courtney, someone from her past arrives in Blue Valley and turned her life upside down. Pat, on the other hand, uncovers new information about the plan of the ISA. The episode also sees Jordan discovering something surprising at his work.
One of the most interesting parts in the synopsis of Stargirl episode 11 is the arrival of someone from Courtney's past. It's yet to be seen who could it be, but some speculated it could be his father. She believes that his biological dad is Starman, so there could be big reveals here before the episode concludes.
In addition, now that her mother seemingly knows her superhero secret, the series could shed light on the true identity of her father. In the comics, we know that her dad is not the deceased Starman -- but the thug for hire Sam Kurtis.
Meanwhile, there are only two episodes left after this. The episode could build up more stories leading to the finale. We know that the real Big Bad this season is Jordan, yet some things could likely go into a different direction -- making Cindy a.k.a. Shiv the Big Bad.
Stargirl episode 11 airs on Monday night, July 27, on DC Universe. The episode will then air the following day, Tuesday, July 28, on The CW.
