Prince Harry had quite an interesting experience experimenting as a teenager and before he settled down and married Meghan Markle, he had a bad boy reputation and was once dubbed by the press as the "Party Prince."

Royal expert Katie Nicholl said in the documentary Prince Harry: The Troubled Prince, the Duke of Sussex spent most of his younger days in nightclubs, thus earning him the tag of "Party Prince." He frequented the bar even before he finished high school.

Nicholl recalled that the very first time she actually met Prince Harry in person was at a nightclub, where he was having vodka shots and smoking a cigarette surrounded by blonde women.  At that time, reports stated that Prince Harry was into smoking pot and did not take his school work and future as a working royal seriously.

Concerned for his youngest son's well-being Prince Charles apparently brought Prince Harry to Featherstone Lodge, a drug rehabilitation center. Prince Charles wanted Prince Harry to spend a full day with recovering addicts who could tell him first-hand how their use of illegal substances affected their lives.

Back in school, Prince Harry was embroiled in a cheating scandal. It was alleged that a teacher wrote one of his papers for his A-level art course in Eton because he was a "weak student."

But, Prince Harry's troubles in his teens was only just beginning. In his early 20s, he was photographed dancing naked in Las Vegas during a game of strip billiards.

Friend and British actor Dominic West said Prince Harry has an adventurous and hilarious streak in him. He could tell rude jokes that could leave people in tears or he'd go for dares like drinking champagne from a prosthetic leg.

Like most bad boy VIPs, Prince Harry had his share of scuffles with the paparazzi. He cut a photographer's lip when the guy got too close for comfort as the young royal was leaving a nightclub. The Duke of Sussex didn't like all the attention.

Prince Harry was also seen kissing his then-girlfriend Chelsy Davy in public. Royals usually frown upon such displays of affection but Prince Harry never did confine himself to the rules. He was the constant rule-breaker and rebel.

There's a lot expected of Prince Harry as the son of the heir apparent. However, by 2012, the young prince decided to set his life on track by joining the military. It's been said that Prince Harry is proud of his accomplishments as a serviceman and he really enjoyed being a soldier for 10 years.
