Stargirl episode 11 is coming next week on the DC Universe, with the title "Shining Knight." This is one of the most significant episodes this season for Courtney, as we're going to see someone from her past. Her life turned upside down when a man, who claims to be his father, showed up in Blue Valley.
The promo of Stargirl episode 11 hints that we could finally see Courtney's father and learn more about him. This is one of the mysteries in the series through most of the season, especially since this particular storyline wasn't really addressed.
It's interesting to see that this story will now be featured in next week's episode. However, things could get complicated as Courtney is uncertain this man is her real father and believes he's just pretending as her dad to get what he wants. The promo ended with Courtney saying she put everyone in danger.
As for what else is coming on Stargirl episode 11, we're also going to meet Shining Knight, who has been linked to the mysterious janitor at Blue Valley High School. This person has been roaming around the halls of the school to keep everyone safe, including Courtney.
The upcoming episode is written by showrunner Geoff Johns. Episodes penned by showrunners are usually significant and bring a huge impact on a series. Thus, next week's installment is going to be a notable one and things could further build-up leading to the finale.
There are only two more episodes left after this one, so things will be going to be even more intense than ever. Courtney and the rest of the JSA have gone through a lot already, but they recognize that they still need to deal with the threats lurking out there.
While Jordan is the Big Bad this season, it's also clear that Cindy/Shiv is just hiding somewhere planning to kill everyone. She's been nowhere to be found for most of the past two episodes and she could show up before the season concludes.
There's also a concern about Pat and Barbara, particularly whether or not they'll have a future together. Moreover, we've seen Dragon King emerged, and Henry Jr. seemed to have met his ultimate demise at the hands of his own father. Clearly, there are still a lot of things to uncover here.
Stargirl episode 11 will be airing on Monday night, July 27, on the DC Universe. The episode will then be available the next day, Tuesday, July 28, on The CW.
